First off this film was designed to hook younger children into the Star Wars saga, and yes from the reaction of the children in the cinema it seemed to fufil it’s purpose but then again what young boy or some girls don’t already like Star Wars.
Although even though it may have been created with children in mind bit I think it still appeals to older people also. Personally I found the art style refreshing, I haven’t ever seen the cartoon series that precided the film, but it really did look nice! I particularly liked the chunkyness of it and it gave me the impression of a very well made video game cutscene, granted the graphics did lack in some places although it’s very easy to overlook this because the film itself is entertaining. The main plot of the film is designed to fill in the gaps between the early episodes, the film jumps straight into the action depicting a fight between the clones and the droids where you are introduced to the main characters. I found this section to be one of the most captivating due to the “camera” work used this put you right into the action! As the film progressed though it seemed that this focus on having a solid camera base to work from degraded down to the usual distanced and mindless lightsaber duels with the usual blaster shot zooming past!

So to any readers out there using Apple’s latest and greatest portable devices how does the blog look to you? I have made every effort with the blog and my personal website in order for them to both look nice and remain functional to all! But would you like me to install a theme that is designed specifically for mobile safari or is it fine as it remains? Let me know in the comments

Star Wars: Force Unleashed, the latest in a long line of Star Wars games follows the story of Darth Vader’s secret apprentice, although if your reading this I’m sure you are already aware of that.
Easily put this game is everything i was hoping it would be! I had my doubts about how well the game could handle having 3 physics engines running at the same time and interacting with each other. But it handles itself well and I didn’t notice a dip in frame rate once. The graphics as well are much better than I had initially anticipated with everything looking very realistic and boy those explosions and lightning bolts look very nice indeed
overall though it is a very well polished game with the cutscenes and story looking like it’s going to unfold very nicely indeed.
My only criticism being that the demo is too short, I would have liked to explore the tie fighter construction base a lot more because boy was it fun, i was like a kid in a candy store with those force powers, can’t wait for the september 19th release date! I’ll have a full review as soon as the game releases and I’ve had a decent amount of time with it
